Nano iPod Review

The Apple Company has given consumers a lot of iPod models to choose from, among them is the Nano iPod. This model is the combination of both the iPod Shuffle as well as the original iPod.

Features of iPod Nano

What makes this model very good is that it can easily fit into the palm of your hands, allowing a firmer grip on the gadget. It is also thin but shorter than the first models, making it more durable. Whereas the first model can easily break in two if you accidentally sat on it, this model does not because of its shorter length.

The ipod nano is available also at 2 gigabytes, 4 gigabytes, and 8 gigabytes, allowing storage of about 500 up to about 2,000 songs, and it can accommodate up to about 25 thousand photos.

When it comes to video features, one setback though is that when you are playing a wide video, you can either view it with black bars below and above the movie so as to accommodate the full picture or play it at full screen in which case the sides of the video are reduced. But in any case, the video feature of the iPod Nano is still better than its predecessors.

User Friendly iPod Nano

While others have complained about how they cannot control the songs played in their iPod Shuffle (songs are played randomly), with the iPod Nano, it is totally controllable. Plus, its sleek design makes it versatile that you can carry it just about anywhere you want. It is even perfect when you are at the gym and working out.

Final Note

Really, when it comes to choosing your iPod model, the iPod Nano is a great idea. Although nicknamed the “fatty” iPod after seeing its slimmer predecessors, it has proven to consumers that it is worthy to be called a favorite iPod model. Although it looks a bit “fatter” than the other models, it still has the same functions that the others have, albeit better and more user friendly. Plus, it can easily be slipped into your pocket, and its stouter look makes it more durable as it does not easily break into two unlike the other slimmer versions where you have to be extra careful.

What takes away some of its beauty though is that the ipod nano’s edges are somewhat hard, but still, to each his own, right?
